Referral must attend Compass Interview and Orientation Process. AV will be verified through Compass carrier statement. Bonus Payout will be made in the week following the level achieved has been verified. Bonus will be paid out even if referred agent hits bonus levels after the program concludes.
Compass Insurance Advisors LLC (CIA) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify any portion of this contract and/or any outlines of Contests, Compensation, Bones, or any part of it. If any unethical conduct or any other factor beyond CIA reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest or any other system outlined above, as determined by CIA in its sole discretion. CIA further reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and discipline any agent it finds to have been acting in an unethical manner designed to enhance any contest or production. If CIA has a good faith or belief that an Agent directly or indirectly engaged in misconduct, said Agent will be subject to loss of contest incentives and bonuses. All payouts will be included on Agent’s 1099 amount for the tax year of the payout.
